Official Book Club Selection by Kathy Griffin- This book was really funny, and Kathy Griffin writes like she's one of your best friends, as opposed to just being the narrator. I loved the index in the back, and I thought that the stories were very funny and dishy, and though Kathy Griffin gets a little dirty sometimes, its fun and cool. A.
The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger- This book was elegantly written, quirky, and unique. I thought the love story between Clare and Henry was realistic, even though the love when she was 16 and he was 38 was sometimes weird, it was interesting, and the minor characters (Gomez, Charisse) were well thought out and added to the story. The last 50 pages made me cry and laugh, and it was a truly interesting book. A.
